Any legal claim related to n item you purchase must be brought directly against the manufacturer of that item. you release Paul lucianolaw from any claims related to items sold through our services, including for defective items, misrepresentations by manufacturers/vendors or items that caused any physical injury, like product liability claims.

RH DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF OR THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THE CONTENTS THI THE RH SERVICES IN RELATION TO THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU AND YOU ONLY, NOT RH, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, RH ASSUMES NO LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR REVENUE OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM ANY ACT OR OMISSION BY RH, ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES, JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, OR UNAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF ANY ACT OR OMISSION IN FULFILLMENT OF OR IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY.

Dispute Resolution ANY DISPUTE INVOLVING YOU AND RAD HIPPIE OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE NOTED BELOW.

"Dispute" shall be interpreted broadly and include any claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to your relationship with Paul lucianolaw and it subsidiaries, affiliates, and designees - including, but not limited to Paul lucianolaw - whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory. This includes any programs, advice, consultation, any service terms and conditions or any product or service offered, sold or distributed by Paul lucianolaw, including but not limited to the advertising of or the sales practices for such products and services. Dispute shall also include all disputes that arose for anything related to Paul lucianolaw, including any claims that are the subject of a purported class action litigation. 

BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO MAINTAIN OTHER AVAILABLE RESOLUTION PROCESSES, SUCH AS A COURT ACTION OR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING, TO SETTLE DISPUTES, THE RULES IN ARBITRATION ARE DIFFERENT. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY, LESS DISCOVERY, AND LIMITED APPELLATE REVIEW. ARBITRATORS CAN AWARD THE SAME DAMAGES AND RELIEF THAT A COURT CAN AWARD.

Reviews;  By submitting information, you grant Paul lucianolaw a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub licensable right to reproduce, use, modify, publish, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content throughout the world in any media. By submitting information you also represent and warrant that the content is accurate, you own or have permission to use the content that you submit, and that the use of the content will not cause any injury to any person or entity. Paul lucianolaw reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary to anyone writing a false review or defamatory statement that affects our business in any way and Paul lucianolaw has the right to seek any damages and or compensation that are a result from it.
